FAQS

1. Are your courses offering CEUs?

Yes! In most cases, our courses are automatically approved for Chiropractic Continuing Education (CE) as we are an Approved PACE Education Provider. To see if your specific state accepts PACE, you can view the Regulatory Boards here.

2. What is your cancellation policy?

Live Events

  • Cancellations within 7 days can be transferred to another course (live or online) of equal or lesser value.

  • Cancellations within 14 days are eligible for a 25% refund or course transfer

  • Cancellations within 21 days are eligible for a 50% refund or course transfer

  • Cancellations within 28 days are eligible for a 100% refund or course transfer

  • All refunds are subject to a 3.5% processing fee

    Online courses

  • After the Week 4 mark of any 8-week online course, refunds/transfers/or "drop backs" will not be available for any reason. If you are having trouble keeping up during the first half of class, please reach out to your instructors as soon as possible. We would love to work with you, but can only do so if you communicate with us.

  • Please note: our dry needling courses require pre-course homework & exams prior to the beginning of the first day of class. Course emails are sent 4 weeks ahead of class to give you time to complete this work. For this reason, once you receive the course email with access to material, a refund is no longer possible. You may transfer to another dry needling course instead within the next 12 months.

3. What's the difference between

While both car detailing and car washing involve cleaning a vehicle, they differ significantly in terms of scope and level of attention to detail. Car washing usually focuses on removing dirt and grime from the exterior surfaces, often using automated systems. Car detailing, on the other hand, involves a thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior, along with processes like waxing, polishing, and restoring the vehicle's surfaces to a like-new condition.
